What if I have to cancel?

We are always sad you can’t make it in to see us. Things happen, & we do understand. If you have to cancel before 24 hours it gives us some time or at least a fair time to possibly fill your open appointment.

If you have to cancel the same day of your appointment (which means less than 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment) we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the full-service price for all salon services. This is all due to it being almost impossible at times to fill the open appointment in this short of a time frame.
