Cancelling or rescheduling?…
We no longer accept cancelations or reschedules via email/phone, because we can not see them in a suitable time for you or us.
All cancellations or reschedules must be made on your client portal or they are subject to a CANCELLATION FEE.
To ensure you are not charged our cancellation fee you must log onto your client portal and cancel/reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment on your client portal more than a 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time you will pay a CANCELATION FEE equal to 60% of the full-service price listed beside the scheduled service. No exceptions.
Our online booking system will remind every client of this at each online booking made by the client on or after the date of July, 1st 2021 by stating, “We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment (via this client portal) or you will pay a CANCELATION FEE equal to 60% of the full service price listed beside the scheduled service. No exceptions.”
