What if I have to cancel the day of my appointment?

If you have to cancel the day of your appointment (which means less than 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment) unfortunately it is too difficult for us to fill the open appointment at this late notice, & for this reason, you will pay a CANCELATION FEE equal to 60% of the full-service price listed beside the service. No exceptions.

Our online booking system will remind every client of this at each online booking made by the client on or after the date of July, 1st 2021 by stating, “We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will pay a CANCELATION FEE equal to 60% of the full-service price listed beside the service. No exceptions.”
